Beyoncé Baby Weight Loss

 Beyoncé has lost nearly all the baby weight she gained during her second pregnancy, And she definitely look amazingly beautiful!

In addition to exercising, Beyonce’s been sticking to a strict diet. Beyonce’s diet has been a simple low-fat, low-carb diet full of organic greens and lean proteins like tuna and chicken breast,  and so far beyonce has lost 30lb .

Heres a daily diet you can try if you recently gave birth and trying to lose that weight, the key is in your diet and exercise regime!

here it is 

Breakfast – egg whites
Lunch – protein shake or fresh sliced turkey with capers
Snack – edamame or cucumbers with vinegar, cayenne pepper and lemon, berries or a green apple
Dinner – yellowtail sashimi with jalapenos and wasabi
